Welcome to the Irishtrade Federation's online B2B interactive business platform.

Irishtrade was established by a group of business owners with a clear objective: to address and offer solutions to the everyday challenges faced by businesses striving to run efficiently, scale, and maximise their potential.

We achieve this by building an ever increasing membership base of local industry on a single, easy-to-access platform. Our intuitive, user-friendly tools empower members to connect, collaborate, and create opportunities—helping to extend their reach both within our network and beyond, as needed.

The platform offers essential resources for our members, enabling them to procure, subcontract, promote, and sell goods and services to one another, while also increasing visibility across various internet search engines.

A common concern voiced by many of our members is the difficulty in recruiting staff for key roles within their organisations. Initially, this was largely focused on highly skilled and experienced positions. However, this challenge has since extended to roles that were traditionally easier to fill, even with less experience. In response to the shortage of experienced workers, many members have been forced to hire less experienced individuals, with the hope that in-house training would help them grow into the necessary roles over time.

To address this issue, Irishtrade Federation now offers a unique staff placement service, dedicated to sourcing the right candidates for our members. This service is provided through our sister organisation, IrishTrade.jobs.

We believe that the Irishtrade Federation plays a pivotal role in offering solutions to many of the challenges faced by businesses across Ireland.
